Hello. I'm Sonia Beldom, an accredited hypnotherapist, psychotherapist and media & speaker training consultant. My practice, MindandMedia supports people in overcoming the fear of public speaking and controlling life’s many anxieties through hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT.

My hypnotherapy practices are based in Central London, North London and online.

BACKGROUND

I have been coaching clients in public speaking, media training and confidence building for over twenty years.

My coaching skills started when I was producing shows for the BBC. I pivoted from full-time television production in 2015 and started Mind and Media, when increasingly asked to help people with presenting and pitching ideas. Creative companies also started booking me to help build the confidence of their staff, run away days and creative brainstorming sessions with their teams, making people more confident in public speaking and media interviews.

I am a certified solution-focused hypnotherapist and have qualifications in NLP (neuropathy linguistic programming), CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), all of which I use in coaching where and when it suits the client needs.
